- Act as a trusted security advisor for enterprise customers on application security, DDoS protection, and bot mitigation strategies across Akamai platforms.
- Lead customer escalations and incident bridges during active attacks, coordinating security operations, product teams, and customer stakeholders for rapid mitigation.
- Provide proactive advisory on evolving attack trends and identify architecture gaps that inform Bot Manager and advanced DDoS upsell recommendations.
- Consult on and troubleshoot WAF, Bot Manager, and Prolexic for global Managed Security Service customers, escalating vulnerabilities (XSS, SQLi, LFI/RFI, CSRF, OWASP Top 10) to engineering within SLA.
- Analyze bot signatures and DDoS attack vectors for live network and application-layer mitigation, and investigate Guardicore micro-segmentation alerts for Akamai Hunt customers.
